Mandy + Jeff Wedding – Maple Grove, MN

In all my searches, I never thought I would find someone like you. The first line of Jeff’s note to his bride on the morning of their wedding captured the entire essence of the day. The joy and emotion was palpable since first setting foot in Mandy’s childhood home, where the bride, groom, and their wedding party got ready. The bride and her father shared a couple warm moments (including one of the SWEETEST father-daughter first looks). As Mandy slipped into her wedding dress with the help of some of her closest friends, she attempted to multitask and read Jeff’s note – only to have to set it down and resume reading later so she could compose herself.

The couple was all smiles (and a few tears) during their first look. Even in the hiccups that occurred (like the time the party bus broke down on the side of the road on the way to the reception, and we had to cram into some of the vehicles that came to our rescue), the joy and love worth celebrating continued on. I have been impressed with Mandy and Jeff’s depth and love for one another since meeting them a few years back (and continue to feel inspired by their incredible bond). Needless to say, their day was a joy to capture. The cherry on top of an amazing day was being able to capture Mandy and Jeff basking in golden hour and the dance party that followed. Congratulations to a beyond wonderful couple!
